If you are a client and need a collection
Call us first and state your name, office name or account number we will contact FedEx to collect at your office. We charge a fixed charge of $9.00 each way. If you are posting by US mail we pay both ways. If you cannot get an answer leave a message or send a text message. If that is after hours, just send us an email if that is more convenient.
If you require more shipping materials, we will send you 5 boxes, packing material, shipping labels and more laboratory RX sheets all at the same time by FedEx.
If you wish to use our laboratory, please call or email us first so we can discuss your requirements and gather details. Or send an email and we should be back same day with an answer to any question you may have.
For new clients we have a very good first case offer, a free crown or 30% off a complete arch.
